BI Dashboards
We build BI dashboards that leadership trusts for decision-making. From Looker to Power BI to Metabase, our dashboards are designed for usability, performance, and accurate data.
We design dashboards with your decision-makers, focusing on the metrics that matter. Our dashboards include proper modeling, caching, and user-friendly design.
Capabilities
Looker Development
Custom Looker dashboards and explores.
Power BI
Power BI reports and dashboards with proper data modeling.
Metabase
Self-service Metabase with proper governance.
Dashboard Optimization
Improving existing dashboards for performance and adoption.
How It Comes Together
A typical data platform architecture
Source systems and events land reliably in a raw layer.
dbt models turn raw data into trusted, tested metrics.
Governed storage optimized for your query patterns.
Dashboards and reports surface insight for decision-makers.
Reverse ETL syncs insight back into the tools your team uses.
In Practice
A dashboard nobody opens after the first week wasn't a data problem, it was usually a design and trust problem. We build dashboards starting from the decision they're meant to support, working backward to the metrics and visualizations that actually inform that decision, rather than starting from available data and working forward to whatever chart types happen to fit it. Metric definitions are documented and reconciled to source systems before a dashboard ships, because the fastest way to destroy leadership's confidence in a BI tool is for two dashboards to show different numbers for what's supposedly the same metric. We tune for actual usage: caching strategy, refresh frequency, and query design matched to how the dashboard gets used, not defaulted to real-time refresh that adds cost and complexity most stakeholders never notice. Whether the platform is Looker, Power BI, or Metabase, we also invest in dashboard adoption directly, training sessions, office hours, and a feedback loop with the actual users, since the tooling choice matters far less to adoption than whether people trust and understand what they're looking at.
